Hi! I cannot figure out how you deal with returns? If I get an order (from US, UK, EU), it will directly go the supplier's system. They send the product. But, I have some questions. If the person does not like the product, wants to return it, what is your responsiblity in this case? Should they send back directly to the supplier? How do you payback the money (your dropshipping comission)? How the supplier pays back? So, in general, what about the after sale problems? Any experience, suggestions, insights? Thanks in advance!

Hi! I would like to ask about French academic environment for foreigners. I got an offer; however, I am a little bit concerned regarding the environment. I saw some posts here and some colleagues told me that it is not good for foreigners if you do not know really good French. How is your experience? I also sense this a little bit that they do not reply to emails. It is a little bit strange for me because even though when I send an email to a professor from Germany or US, they reply to it even though it is a negative response (like they do not have fund, they cannot etc). Edit: Sorry, I want to edit my post a little bit because it sounded like the problem is only English, but it was more about the attitude as I tried to emphasize in the second (replying to emails) part.
