White French Bulldog with a docked tail attacking any passers on Campbell St (West Side), Newtown. 3 people bitten, all visibly bleeding.

I intervened with others when we saw a lady gets bitten, but another lady in Toowoomba Road Runner gear got bitten.

Police called, Council ranger notified.

- Toowoomba Road Runner lady, could you reach out so I can get the council in touch? Especially if you need to get that bite looked at...

Just a bummer situation.
