I have my PAT and PELLET-B scheduled for August 29. I used a single edible on July 5, but before that I had been marijuana-free for about a year, and I haven’t used it since.
Would this automatically disqualify me during the background investigation? I’ve also heard that CHP doesn’t ask about marijuana use because it’s legal in California. Is that true?
Should I continue with the process, or would it be better to wait another year? I’m trying to be completely honest.
