I'm an incoming CSE Core fresher at PES University RR Campus and I'm looking for one roommate to share a 1BHK near the campus.

I found this flat on the counselling day (6th June) after checking several options, and I really liked its location and overall condition.

Details:

- Rent: ₹18,000/month (₹9,000 per person)

- Planning to use the college mess for meals.
