Hello everyone, I joined GDS as Staff 1 last July. My YER is completed recently, got the Progression rating and also they have given progression in my designation, I’ll be promoted to Staff 2.
Will there be any changes in the paycheque after i start as Staff 2? And What will be the hike and bonus % considering previous years.
