Since 2 years, I am facing the same “Call Service System Issue” in my Ola scooter.

The scooter suddenly goes dead and does not start, no matter what we do.
Then we tow it to the Ola service center, and strangely, it starts working just after reaching/loading/unloading there.

This has happened many times.
Every time the answer is: “No issue found.”

But if there is no error log recorder, how will an intermittent issue ever be diagnosed?

Ola Electric, please don’t close this as “No issue found.”
I need a proper written diagnosis, root-cause check, and permanent solution.
