I can't log back into my account from new device. It won't send 6 digit-code in an SMS.
I had WhatsApp active on 2 devices, my primary device (android) broke 2 weeks ago and I was logged out of my linked device (an iphone) recently. Now I can't log back in.
I've been trying for 2 days. I tried the SMS option but it shows me this message "We couldn't send an SMS to your number. Please check your number and try again in 1 hour."
I then tried the calling option after making sure wifi calling is allowed, it didn't work. I tried updating WhatsApp, restarting my phone, using cellular data instead of wifi. I also don't get the option to receive the code via e-mail for some reason. Nothing works and WhatsApp support keeps replying with automated messages. I need help.
