Servicing watch over time; watch not as "Original" anymore?

EDIT /TIL - well, big takeaway here is me learning about the Ship of Theseus concept!

I've been recently pondering more about watches and dug out the serviced parts of my Seamaster AT. Serviced in 2023 after purchasing new in 2014. General servicing with some movement stops here and there at the 9 yr mark. Daily wear piece - single watch. (Serviced via official Omega channel)

To me as a layman/general wearer, it seems like quite a few "visible/big pieces" have been swapped out (Crown, big movement pieces visible with the clear back). The more I think about it, does that mean each time I service my watch, the watch is effectively gutted and really only the original dial/hands are "Original?")...

Is there a way to preserve more of the original watch components while getting it serviced over time? Should I even be thinking of it from this angle?

Edit - is this amount of replacement normal for a new gen watch....?

Need some crowd sourced thoughts on 2 naturals for ring

Deciding on these 2 GIA naturals with the specs above. Have seen both in person. Price isn't the biggest factor, just wanting to make sure I'm not skipping too many red flags...

One has a clear table but the Fluorescence has me a bit unsure. I've read about it but somehow still lingers in mind.. Also comments about clouding & surface graining are....? how serious? I couldn't really notice it with naked yet but red flags nonetheless?

Other has no Flourescence but location of feather is front center... I (male) have a very keen eye and can see it with naked eye but maybe most don't...

A is 10,800 and B is 9,800
