1.). Caller is told to get away from his parents and be a stand alone 28 year old man, with Rachel sitting right there! Daves three kids are 100% supported by him including Rachels husband?? Beyond two faced to constantly rip anyone ELSES kids to “get away from Mommy and Daddy”.

2.) Tells single mom she is a “warrior princess” and that Dave loves single moms. She needs to teach her child how she lived. And yet Dave FIRED a single Mom who worked for him saying anyone screwing out of wedlock is a sinner or some BS (all the while Hogan having women’s heads in his lap). Dave had to write a settlement check for that disaster.

3.) Called Reddit a “sewage pit” even though he runs a channel on it.

I stopped listening he was so awful. Yes buy delete me right after an ad for Every Dollar which is pure data mining spyware…..

Recent show with Rachel and Dave was reading yet another ad for the “sold out” cruise.

He and Rachel were going over all the super duper entertainment including the personalities having discussions (George was called a geek again).

Not mentioned was I know that’s right so Rachel chimes in, with, and Jade. Dave says “who???”

Rachel, slightly flummoxed says Jade Warshaw….Dave kind of wakes up and says Oh yeah Jade too.

As if anyone is dying to go on a cruise to hear I know thats right give life advice???

Maybe if she picks up a microphone on the singing stage……

Dave constantly rants about how easy it us to try a mortgage with a zero credit score.

Even if this is true (it isn’t), getting that mortgage will immediately give you a credit score for the life of your mortgage.

So what’s the point and benefit of this effort??

Zero consumer debt or interest is a fine idea.

But why the jihad for a zero credit score???

Nepo and Soy parrot this constantly even though neither has ever set foot in a small local credit union.

Dave is rich and brags that he doesn’t need and won’t be touching HIS stock investment, so therefore so should everyone else.

Worse he pimps his parasite SVPs in the process.

Stocks can be risky the market can drop a lot. Thats not peaceful for a sick senior with limited funds and keeps them out of any income productions like Dave’s hated bond funds.

He just told an 80 something man with cancer and limited money to call an SVP and dump what money he had all at once into the stock market and it “will double every 7 years “ and go up “easily 12%“ a year?!

Beyond bad advice and not peaceful.

Dave has been preaching and ranting for several years that Mortgage rates are down, real estate is doing fine, the market is up, keep using my paid for Real Estate Agents so I get my commission.

He keeps talking about his magical “facts” that somehow know the real numbers and all the negative comments are just from “hope stealers“.

Well mortgage interest rates are up and going up more after the federal reserve action.

So as usual, Dave is talking out of his dark regions with more BS.

But the market is fine nothing to worry about here move along …

For openers let me say I think 99%
of “Financial Planners” are money sucking parasites on anyone with half a clue about money and investing. Most people would be better off just investing in VOO or SPY and let it bake. Just getting that out of the way.

But Dave is always pimping his SVP program and with good reason. They each pay him somewhere around $900 a MONTH to be part of the ref network!! Exact numbers are not published so I am going off of web research.

$900 is a LOT of money which begs the question how much are these “teachers” charging their clients??? (Lowering the investments in the process).

So how many of these SVPs are there?? Not published but it’s a big number and at $900 a month that’s a lot of Gods money!

Its just a disgusting grift that Daves steals so much of his customers money to fund diamonds, Corvettes, Luxury travel, etc.

Also the “vetting” process appears to be so you have a pulse and will your check clear the bank?

First, no SVP is interested in a completely broke new client. They make money (needed to pay Dave’s high monthly commission) by managing assets not teaching broke people (sorry that’s just reality).

Is Dave out to lunch again? Or are ERs under staffed everywhere with easy money just waiting to sign up for??

He uses it himself ?! Why? Ramsey health insurance plans are so bad you need to hire a firm to manage their BS?? No way. Or does Delooney use CHM another great health sponsor??

Next up is Dirty Dave. He reading some BS about a company you pay to navigate Medicare and its paperwork. That’s socialism! Dave says he is too rich to bother with Medicare.

But not rich enough to not profit off of it ??

Dirty Dave never even mentions Medicare to his callers even though they all have paid into it. But now the slime is thick as all of the sudden he mentions it with a paid for sponsorship!?
