Let’s have a conversation here cause I was having it with a colleague of mine and I didn’t seem to get her point for context, I don’t know how the story started, but she was basically telling me how she has two children so basically she was telling me how any man who comes into her life should already know that she comes with extra two people, and the man is obligated to take care of the children. If the children have birthdays, the man should do it with school fees or anything whether it’s rent anything that concerns her and her children this man should be able to take care of it. She was yapping too much so I couldn’t give my opinion, but I kept thinking is this even right? Should the man take care of children that don’t belong to him by force and vice versa so let me know your thoughts what do you think? If you have a child do you think the man or the woman who comes into your life after is obligated to take care of your children.
My cleaning lady is called Jemimah, she asked me to leave the key with the security coz she was going to church first. So nikitoka nikafika chini nikapea security guy key and I’m like “hii key utapea Jemimah” he asks “ati mani“ I go ahead and repeat myself “Jemimah” he asks again ”ati“ that’s when it registers that it’s not Jemimah it is Jemima. Then I tell him “Jemima” he goes on ahead and says “sawa” Im not sure if you guys get the difference but what other names gives you the same changamoto 😭😂😂

What I was actually supposed to eat was cassava and eggs (Nigerian style) but nikatafuta nikakosa and there's no way ugali was in my vocabulary so I settled for nduma. This combo is really great though. My friend ameniambia "unakula breakfast supper?" 😭😂😂😂
Yoh I've loved this meal 🤌🏾🤌🏾
If it involves eating good, please involve me
How do you remove yourself from someone's close friends without having to block them 😭. There's this specific person I don't want to see their close friends content and I honestly feel like I ask them anitoe she'll find it to be rude but macho yangu imeona mengi Na imetosheka🥲😂
I mostly commute to work at around 5:30am and that's when most people commute too and I believe mostly it's to save on fare and avoid traffic. Now this fare has always been 30 Bob that early morning and now it's just drastically shifted to 50 Bob. I know with the fuel prices they have every right to charge that way but a common mwananchi's earnings are not increasing amidst all this. In fact it's just becoming worse. If you still think two term is the way to go, FUCK YOU!!! This Government is a coward for not doing right by its citizens, for not even trying smh 😔
Anyway lemme go to work
I would really like to know how a man's brain functions coz it's beyond my imagination at this point. So here's the context I'm coming back from the local shop around my working place carrying seam seam if that's how they are spelled and this man. A colleague of mine greets me and goes on to ask. "Kwani uko Na a busy weekend Nini? Then I'm like "mbona" he proceeds to ask, "seam seam Ni za Nini?" Eiii man I just walked away coz huh??!
Now I really want to know how their brains work
Ndio hizo
Today's dinner is sponsored by my love for natural mala
On tonight's episode of what I've made. First time making a burger and I love it. Usual culprit, is the Ribena juice, I mix mine with sparkling water and it tastes divine
Let me overshare instead of panicking on my own as I wait for the reversal to happen. Two hours ago, I was transferring money from my Bank account to my Mpesa. Now the app that I normally use wasn't working so I opted for dialing a code. Now I'm not sure about other banks but on Absa you can save the people you send money to so Ive saved two people, and not by name. One is friend, the other is mine. I often send my friend money so I was tired of always writing the number and I was certain mine is my second number. So I chose mine and proceeded with the amount and didn't check anything else and sent.
Kidogo Kidogo, money is not reflecting on my other phone nikashangaa so I decided to check what's up. Turns out the mine number is actually my former number that I've not used for over one year, Safaricom literally took it from me and gave someone else and now the owner is some guy called Moses so Ni yeye nimetumia pesa
Nikasema woi Sasa nimeisha. I do the only thing I can which is to call my bank. They take like 20 mins to answer and by this time najiambia tu Musa atakula hiyo pesa 🥲 when someone finally answers my first statement ofcourse after greetings is to say I've sent money to the wrong number. And so it begins
They ask me to give them the number I've sent money to so they can reverse what's left💔 eiii I'm just asking myself what they mean by what's left. That's literally the money I'm supposed to sort out my bills with. Anyway I hold on the line for like 5 minutes and a breathe of relief hits me when she says the money is still intact and they've issued a reversal and the money should be back in my account within 24hrs
Now such a thing has never happened to me so I don't really know if the money will come back but I'm being optimistic coz Sasa nitaduu? Now I just have to write an email to my apartment manager and let her know that rent will be late before they penalize me🥲. Hii Yote Nimeandika???
Loaded salad😂😂 if there's anything like that and Ribena juice
