How long do you cook your ugali and how?

There was a day I was so hungry, and because I love ugali, I decided to cook a quick one. Nilishiba! Have you ever eaten raw ugali na supu ya nyama? From that day henceforth, I have a timer for cooking ugali: 15 minutes at the earliest, 20 to 25 minutes for my perfectly cooked ugali. I did 20 with this one.

Something different

Finding ways to enjoy malenge besides soup. Honey mustard pork chops with pumpkin mash, coleslaw and gravy. Imeslap! I’ll never forgive my mother for that bland, boiled mess we grew up eating…

How Do You Prepare Your Meat (beef, mutton, chevon)???

Firstly, do you wash meat before you start your cooking? why?

There has been a divison on how meat is supposed to be cooked, some say you should boil first then fry/deep fry and others start by frying first. Which process do you prefer?

Simple Supper

Toasted some cinnamon, cumin and rosemary, threw in fatty beef and some salt, rendered the fat, then threw in onions, tomatoes, thinly chopped ginger, mango habanero pepper sauce, grated tomatoes, capsicum, peas and water. Finished with some chopped thai basil (can be swapped with dhania, usijipee pressure).

Hii ungetembeza na nini?
