I am looking for advice. I am 43 . I am excited to finally fall pregnant naturally after failed ivfs both own egg and donor eggs. The issue is male factor infertility. I finally got the courage to use a male donor and got pregnant. The issue now is I went for a 6 week scan, and they can't locate the pregancy 😓. Has this happened to anyone before? I feel lost.
