I completed my first game with positive KD. I am generally the only Xbox player in a lobby full of MnK peeps and consistently get my ass kicked.
That's all.
PS - I've a functioning social life, just no one to share gaming happiness with. I'm completely new to competative gaming, only played a little bit of COD before this.
I'm level 30 and I keep playing with level 150 200 300 players who beat the shit out of me. There are some maps that I've gotten a hang of and I'm able to play ok in those, but generally a just suck. I enjoy the game though.
So yeah, how long did it take for you guys to get better?
For example today I first played the basement map they I generally suck at and I was able to get some 10 kills in 3 deaths. Not bad for me at all. Then the new Railway map started and I died SIXTEEN FUCKING TIMES before killing barely 4 people.
I've been loving it!! I remember having a pirated copy of BF2 and spending hours playing Strike at Karkand and I feel the same way again!!
Also for some reason my I die wayyy less in Casual Breakthrough as compared to Gauntlet. Or atleast I kill more people before dying. Probably because Gauntlet has way more running around and way less take cover and shoot.
I'm still at the bottom of the human players and makes me wonder if all I kill are bots, but all I know for sure is I really enjoy it.
I've been getting back into gaming with COD MW2. I feel the game is too fast paced for me. Even with sub 80ms ping someone I can't even see snipes me. It seems COD in general tends to be more intese an experience.
I'm considering getting into BF5. Is it true that BF in general is a relatively different experience? And if I get into BF5, what kind of ping can I expect? Will it be playable?
I'm in Bangalore with a Jio connection. I have moderate NAT but I'll try to redo the settings to make that open.
BF6 is also an option but it's for 5k on xbox.
