Hey! I finally ovulated on time this cycle and I’m trying to figure out if my timing was good.
My LH peaked on August 12, 13th, 14th & 16th. My temp jumped on Aug 13th and again on 15,16th with PdG jumping to 6 the next day.

TLDR: 5 days of stringy brown discharge, no cramping, doesn’t feel like a period, never had this before. Anovulatory cycle. Anyone experienced this? Not diagnosed with pcos but have irregular cycles
Hey everyone, looking for some insight because I’m honestly losing my mind a little lol
Quick bg- I’ve never had a formal PCOS diagnosis but I check a lot of boxes. My cycles have been super irregular and long since I was 13, my ultrasounds always show more follicles than normal just not enough to qualify for PCOS, and I get hormonal acne that clears up completely when I cut gluten😅
I’m TTC since January and because of my long cycles I’ve only had 5 real chances. I track everything on Mira so I have pretty detailed hormone data
This cycle has been rough. My last ovulation was back in May and this whole cycle my estrogen kept going up and crashing, up and crashing, never sustaining. E3G stayed under 85 the whole time and I never got an LH surge. Pretty sure this was anovulatory which I don’t think has happened to me before at least not that I know of.
I recently started acupuncture and just finished my 5th session and I’m also taking CoQ10, prenatal and some Chinese herbs.
Now the weird part. For 5 days now I’ve been getting this stringy brown discharge, like brown strands and small clots. No cramping, no red blood doesn’t feel like a period. I don’t normally get spotting so this is new and confusing for me.
Could this be anovulatory withdrawal bleeding? Something the acupuncture stirred up? My body trying to reset after not ovulating?
Has anyone been through a long anovulatory cycle and experienced something like this? Would really appreciate hearing from people who get it
