Advice on sauna layout

This is my first sauna build, and I’m concerned I’m overlooking something in my layout.

My initial design was for option C with no L bench, but after telling people, I am building a sauna. I seem to have more friends than I expected. I therefore would like the option to be able to add the L bench in future.
Option C does not give me the option to add it later.

Any advice on if my sauna is too small for a L and which option you would think is best suited for an L.
I framed the 3 walls so size can’t change. I could reduce the window size or not have one but I do like the modern airy glass sauna look

Thanks in advance

Questions

In a cold Canada my heater I like HARVIA Cilindro Half Series 9KW . I am ok with the slow heatup due to stone capacity but it can be not responsive enough during use. Would lowering the height be of benefit with all other things being equal. ( still having feet above stove .!!! )

This might be sacrilege but hoping to use the space as a hot yoga / Meditation space. Having the benches flip up ( 7ft wall ) anyone done this or advice ?

Being tight on budget, thinking to go with Aspen/ Pine T&G over Cedar are there North American Cedar biased people out there who regret going with Aspen/Pine.

TIA
