Should I keep a photo from a mandir or an iconography? Also which form of Maa should I keep at home?

So I used to do Namah Shivaya mantra for around 2.5 months, and one day I suddenly felt a very strong connection with Bhairav baba and since then I have been doing his naam mantra and Kaal Bhairav ashtakam as well. I also did the ashtami tithi sadhana given by Rajarshi Nandy and I felt very good after I completed the sadhana.

I instantly feel meditative while doing the mantra. I still do the namah shivaya mantra cuz I thought that it would not be good to stop it completely. It feels kinda mechanical and I don't know what to do? For now I just do one mala of the Namah Shivaya mantra instead of stopping it completely.
