I inherited a pioneer pl-450 with a sa-750 amplifier, sg-550 equalizer and speakers that I believe we bought together as a package. I’ve been reading up here but I’m a little overwhelmed. I’ve replaced the belt and it sounds pretty damn good to me. I have a new stylus coming too. I don’t totally understand how the equalizer is supposed to function since it seems to be made to run through a cassette tape recorder.

What else can I do to make this sound its best? Thank you!
