Opinion on setup

This is my setup right now. I got it up in a hurry this year in a new space that needs work in the future on leveling.

I’ve been keeping an eye on a few spots that concern me and open to unbiased feedback here.

More background: So far it’s been up about a week, we’ve had a few people including kids in it and had very serious storms in the north east. It hasn’t moved at all. I do plan on taking it down at the end of the year (early September) and hoping to get a month or two out of it.

Years prior I had it setup similar without issue but honestly think I’m pushing it here.

Was this the right move?

Going to keep this brief as possible.

Wife was laid off in January. Been searching for a market research role since. She has had some traction but no offers and recently has had zero responses to applications. She truly wants to be in market research and not general marketing. She does have 4 years of market research experience and an advanced degree in it.

She was offered a job 20k less than what she made before as a marketing manager at a local company. She is struggling a lot with taking it because as mentioned her true passion is market research.

Does taking this job as a marketing manager put a wrench in her finding a market research role? How does she explain this manager role while searching?
