Should I make the sweater ribbing tighter?

Hi guys, you were really helpful last time and helped me out a lot, thank you so much. I might need your help again:)
I am still knitting my first project the [***step by step sweater***](https://www.ravelry.com/projects/TheSewist/step-by-step-sweater) pattern from handmade by Florence.
My gauge is correct and I knitted the body on 5.5mm needles and currently knit the ribbing in 4.5mm needles as the pattern suggests.
I want the sweater to be slightly cropped and prefer vintage fits so a tighter waist would be ideal. I stopped the pattern 7cm before I want it to end and have currently knitted 3cm of the ribbing. (The measurements of the dress form are the same as mine).
Should I restart the ribbing with smaller 4mm or 3.5mm needles. Should I add elastic when finished? Or am I going crazy and it will be tighter after binding of?

Could you please show me the twisted stitches

Can some of you talented knitted help me and point out where I twisted my stitches so I can drop the stitches and fix them. It’s really hard for me to see them.
Thank you so much in advance

Mistakenly increased when turning for neck shaping

Hi guys, I am currently knitting the free step by step sweater pattern from handmade by Florence and following her YouTube video in size B.
I did the folded collar and the option with the neck shaping. In the YouTube video at 1:31:11 she explains how to turn the work and to avoid the hole by doing a German short row. I have now realised that when I knitted these stitches in the next round I did it wrong and basically increased by one. Instead of having 100 stitches I now have 104. I just finished the first row after the raglan increases with German short rows. Is there a way I can fix this. I don’t know how to spot which stitches were the ones I turned at (they should be towards the front at the bottom of the first picture). Can I try to drop the wrong ones and fix it that way?
