Is it just me or is this boss kicking everyone's butt?

So we only have 3 turns,
Boss is surrounded by durability supports and trash mob that needs to be taken care of first or else boss will rekt you cause hes support type.

Then this piece of doodoo also has recovers (i think it was 15% of his hp) when you kill him. Wtf dude...

he doesnt wipe my team but its hard for me to kill him in 3 turns (so no skips for me)

do you guys have any tips and trick to deal with the boss? thanks in advance

Watched it about a year or two ago. Its about this guy (i think he had red hair) who saved or was following this strange magical creature and then he got isekai'd in a middle of play in this new world. He recognize one of the actress cause he's been dreaming about her (the MC also has a crush on her i think) I remember there was black clouds that turn would people into stones then there were mech battles. MC was able to pilot this mech.

I got like halfway thru (Major Spoilers ahead) but basically MC found out that the "bad" mech were just the other version of this new world and the villain (the mayor of the town or some shit. i just remember he runs the town) is trying to make the perfect world so solution was to make the perfect new world, he would make them fight each until only one remains (highlander style).

MC found out and the girl he was dreaming off was a rebel agent that could travel between the different version of this world.
