my glutes won't grow. is it my routine, nutrition, or both?

Hi there. I have been working out for some time now, and I have to say I'm a bit disappointed at my progress. I was expecting my glutes to be bigger by now.

For context, I'm 5'3 and I weigh about 145 pounds. I eat about 2,200 calories, and I consume at least 80 grams of protein a day. I work out strictly at home, but I have adjustable dumbbells, so I am able to progressive overload and go up in weight and reps as well. I also have a pear-shaped body, just in case that matters as well.

Here is my routine:

Monday

  • Hip Thrust: 4×6–10
  • Bulgarian Split Squat : 3×8–10 per leg
    • Superset with Single-Leg RDL: 3×8
  • Side-lying leg raises with resistance bands: 3×12–15
  • Calf Raises: 3×10

Friday

  • One-Legged Hip Thrust- 3×12
  • Reverse Lunges: 3×10
  • Romanian Deadlift (both legs): 3×10
  • Weighted Clamshells: 3×10
  • Calf Raises: 3×10

Any help is appreciated (: I am just tired of wasting time lol.

Does the She's Birdie Alarm actually work?

Hi there ladies

This may be a bit of a dumb question, but I am debating whether to get a She's Birdie personal alarm for my safety. It sounds very promising, and I am honestly doing whatever it takes to keep me safe in this crazy world. However, I'm a bit on the fence about them based on some stuff I have seen about them. I am concerned that when I need to use it, people may mistake it for a car alarm, or it may not be loud enough, making it a waste of money.

If there are any stories of people who, unfortunately, had to use it, I would like to know if it helped (or didn't help) and what your personal experiences with it are. (:

Thank you to everyone who responds
