SQL Access to your Quickbooks Online data

Just launched a way to read your QuickBooks Online data using SQL. This lets you connect to your QBO data using any tool that can talk to postgres (psql, postico, dbeaver, python, ruby, jupyter).

Coolest two use cases we've found: instantly updating QBO data in Excel AND Claude/Codex/LLMs are WAY WAY better at reporting using SQL than using the QBO API or MCP.

It's really fast so even complex queries can come back instantaneously. Companies with 100K transactions can run year-over-year comparisons in milliseconds.

Would love any feedback and cool usage examples!

How to properly hookup ERV, damper, vent controller?

Hi all - I'm a bit of a newb so please excuse if I say anything stupid.

I bought a house in 2022 and I think they may have wired up the ERV incorrectly. The ERV is a Aprilaire 8100 and it's always on (the two yellow wires are just connected). Separately, there's a Aprilaire Vent controller that's wired into the thermostat and also to a damper. The damper is an Aprilaire that's only connected to the VENT of the Vent controller. That seems obviously incorrectly because it seems like the damper at least needs 24V power coming from somewhere?

The damper is also default closed so I think the ERV has been running starved all this time.

I'm thinking of installing an ecobee Premium (to replace an Aprilaire thermostat) and wiring it up this way:

Ecobee R -> Ecobee ACC+

ACC- to dual-pole relay going back to Common

ERV's two contacts to normally open on one pole of the relay

For the damper, I'm putting another 24V transformer with the other pole of the relay in the circuit.

My goal is that the ecobee can power ACC and the damper will open and the ERV will start running.

I guess in this new situation I won't need the Aprilaire Vent Controller - correct?
