What Was The Funniest Match You've Ever Seen?!

I was watching a WWE Tag Team Championship Match yesterday on YouTube with Rikishi & Scotty 2 Hotty defending the titles against Rico & Charlie Haas. From opening bell to the finish, I was legit crying, rolling on the ground, & gasping for air. I don't think I've laughed so hard at a wrestling match before. If there's anyone that hasn't watched that match, go watch it. You will be dying on the ground like I was.

Austin says that just like at WrestleMania, he’ll beat the hell out of Rock & leave Backlash still the WWF Champion. Towards the build, Vince McMahon makes this a No Holds Barred Match & more importantly, he makes his son Shane McMahon the Special Guest Referee. Stone Cold says that he accepts as long as the rest of those bastards in The Corporation are banned from ringside which Vince agrees to. In a bloody encounter, Stone Cold stunners The Rock for a 2nd time which Shane reluctantly makes the 3 count, resulting in Austin retaining the championship.)

5- Intercontinental Championship Match: Val Venis © def. Goldust

6- Ken Shamrock def. Test

Ken reveals that after losing the Intercontinental Championship at WrestleMania XV, he started to feel disrespected by Vince McMahon & he wasn’t going to let him or anyone order him around. This enrages Vince McMahon & he sends out Test to put Shamrock in his place. It ends up backfiring in the end as Ken Shamrock forces Test to submit to the Ankle Lock. Test also ends up quitting The Corporation the next night on Raw is War & also officially turns face.)

7- 2 Out of 3 Falls Match for the European Championship - Debra is banned from ringside: Jeff Jarrett def. Owen Hart © (1-2)

(Owen Hart never returns to being The Blue Blazer & is NEVER forced to descend from the arena roof from a harness. Therefore, he lives to wrestle at this PPV. Anyway, back to the build. Jeff Jarrett claims that since they hold a victory against each other, they settle the score once & for all. Owen Hart accepts on the condition that they wrestle in a 2 Out of 3 Falls Match to prove who's the best in the WWF. Jarrett accepts & vows to beat Owen twice in one night. Prior to the match, WWF Commissioner Shawn Michaels announces that to make sure that the match is called down the middle, Debra is banned from ringside. Jeff Jarrett is not happy about it all. In the 1st 5 minutes, Owen uses a victory roll on Jarrett to get the 1st fall. Then, 5 minutes later, Jarrett gets the 2nd fall after causing Owen to not be able to return to the ring before the 10-count. After 5 more minutes of back & forth action, Jeff Jarrett contemplates using his guitar on Owen Hart while the ref is down, but he ends up changing his mind & hits The Stroke on The King of Harts, claiming victory & becoming European Champion for a 2nd time. After the match, Owen Hart shakes Jeff Jarrett’s hand in respect, officially ending their rivalry. This ends up as Owen Hart’s last WWF match as his contract officially expires & The Rocket heads off to WCW to be with his brother, Bret Hart.)

8- The Corporation [Triple H, Big Boss Man, & Big Show] (w/ Chyna) def. The Rock & Mankind

(After being turned on by The Corporation & outnumbered, Mankind shows up & helps The Rock on Raw one week which sets up this match. Mankind tells The Rock that he doesn’t like him, but they have a common enemy in The Corporation. The Rock agrees & tells Mankind that he doesn’t like him either, but promises to have his back at Over The Edge. Although Rock & Mankind put up a hell of a fight, the numbers game catch up to them as utter chaos occurs. Triple H pedigrees Mankind onto a steel chair when the referee isn’t looking to get the win for The Corporation.)

9- WWF World Heavyweight Championship Match: The Undertaker (w/ Paul Bearer) def. Stone Cold Steve Austin © w/ Vince McMahon as the Special Guest Referee

(On the Raw is War after Backlash, The Undertaker reveals that he kidnapped Stephanie McMahon. This infuriates Vince McMahon & he tells his son Shane to go save his sister. After No Mercy, The Lord of Darkness reveals that he also abducted Shane McMahon. After footage of The Ministry of Darkness torturing Shane & Stephanie is shown, The Phenom makes a deal to an emotional Vince McMahon: If he gives him a one on one WWF Championship Match against Stone Cold Steve Austin at Over The Edge, but hands him the WWF Championship, he vows to not only return Shane & Stephanie to Vince, but The Higher Power promises to reveal itself to the entire world. Reluctantly, Vince accepts & makes himself the Special Guest Referee for the match. Stone Cold vows to kick The Deadman’s ass & continue to raise hell in the WWF as the WWF Champion. In the climax of the match, Stone Cold hits The Undertaker with the stunner & goes for the cover. But Vince McMahon refuses to make the 3-count because he wants his children back. The Rattlesnake gets in McMahon’s & Vince, in retaliation, punches Austin in the face. This gives The Undertaker enough time to recover & hit Steve Austin with the Tombstone, forcing Vince McMahon to make the count & achieving the victory. The PPV ends with The Undertaker hoisting his newly won WWF Championship while raising his eyes. Meanwhile, Austin & Vince are distraught by the events that just took place.)

He’s interrupted by Stone Cold, who is livid at being screwed out of the WWF Championship. Stone Cold tells Vince as much as he still hates his guts, he respects him for doing the right thing for his family. They both shake hands, but Steve Austin pulls Vince & tells him that he still screwed him before hitting the stunner on the boss. He puts Vince in the corner & demands The Undertaker to give the poor bastard his kids back. Soon, The Ministry of Darkness surround the ring & The Undertaker allows Shane & Stephanie to reunite with their father. The Higher Power reveals himself to be…JAKE “THE SNAKE” ROBERTS. Jake reveals to a stunned audience that he hates Austin for making John 3:16 into his damn catchphrase 3 years ago at KOTR ‘96 & he hates Vince for not helping him when he was at the lowest point of his career. Jake says that God said that he should forgive Austin & Vince, but he will never forgive them, so he decided to make himself God & promises to take everything from him. He cost that bald-headed piece of shit the WWF Championship & now, he’s going to cost Vince McMahon his own son. Jake snaps his fingers & Shane attacks his own father - he’s being brainwashed by Jake! They challenge Triple H, Big Boss Man, & Big Show to a rematch which they accept & promise more misery on these two parasites.)

9- Last Chance No Holds Barred Match for the WWF World Heavyweight Championship: Stone Cold Steve Austin def. The Undertaker © (w/ Paul Bearer)

(Stone Cold finally gets his rematch with The Undertaker. But if Stone Cold loses, he will never get another WWF Championship Match ever again. In the build, Taker says he won’t be satisfied until he’s eliminated Steve Austin. He challenges him to match with no count-outs & no disqualifications. Stone Cold accepts & says he’ll whip The Deadman’s ass, or he’ll die trying. While this is occurring, a heartbroken Stephanie McMahon tries to get her brother Shane McMahon to snap out of it by begging & pleading with to come home. Stephanie starts crying & this makes her brother start tearing up to where he almost breaks free, but he stays strong. During this 15-minute car wreck, Shane McMahon appears at ringside still brainwashed & just impassively watches, until he snaps out of his trance, low blows The Undertaker, & cracks him with a steel chair. (Interference from Gangrel costs Edge the European Championship, making Test the 1st wrestler in WWF/WWE history to hold the European Championship & Intercontinental Championship at the same time.)

6- Chris Jericho def. Ken Shamrock

(The following weeks after his WWF debut, Chris Jericho would appear & give derogatory promos about several wrestlers on the roster like The Rock, Stone Cold, Triple H, The Undertaker, Kane, Mankind, & Ken Shamrock who Y2J mocks, saying that he went from coming to the WWF as The World’s Most Dangerous Man to now being The World’s Most Delusional Bitch! Unexpectedly, Ken would come out to respond to all of his mockery & bluntly attacks him. He tries to put Jericho to sleep with a rear naked choke, but Y2J manages to defend himself & escape in time. Shamrock yells at Jericho that if he thinks he has the authority to make fun of him, then he challenges him to a match on August 23rd at SummerSlam. Without hesitation, Chris Jericho accepts. After 15 minutes, Y2J manages to trap Shamrock in the Walls of Jericho & for the 1st time in the WWF, Ken Shamrock gives up & loses the match, awarding Chris Jericho the victory. This is Ken Shamrock’s last match before leaving the WWF.)

8- Buried Alive Match: The Undertaker vs. Jake Roberts ends in a no contest

(Enraged that The Undertaker lost the WWF Championship because of a McMahon, Jake Roberts turns on The Phenom, stating that he lost sight of why he came to him in the first place. He orders The Ministry of Darkness to attack The Undertaker, leaving him in a bloody mess. The Ministry makes things even more personal by attacking Paul Bearer & leaving him in the same state as The Undertaker, officially writing Paul Bearer off WWF TV. During the match, The Ministry try to interfere, but The Deadman fights them all off. Jake then hits Taker with a shovel & The Phenom falls into the grave. Before Jake can bury him, The Undertaker grabs The Snake & pulls him into the grave. A bolt of lightning then strikes the pile of dirt & fills the grave where Taker & Jake are, ending this match. This writes The Undertaker off WWF programming so he can go recover from a groin injury & this is Jake Roberts’ last match in the WWF before officially retiring for good.)

9- WWF World Heavyweight Championship Match: Triple H (w/ Chyna) def. Stone Cold Steve Austin ©

(After winning the King of the Ring, Triple H has his eyes locked on Stone Cold & the WWF Championship. In the build, Triple H who now calls himself “The Game”, goes off on the WWF for the “Curtain Call” that took place at Madison Square Garden in 1996 when he only said goodbye to his friends Diesel & Razor Ramon. More importantly, the only reason they punished him was because Diesel & Razor Ramon left WWF & went to WCW while Shawn Michaels was the WWF Champion. Now, he’s on a meteoric rise & he vows to continue that rise. More importantly, he vows to leave SummerSlam as the new World Wrestling Federation Champion. Stone Cold says he doesn’t give a damn about Triple H or what he went through, he wants to prove that he’s still at the top of his game & whip Triple H’s ass. Big interference from Chyna allows The Game to hit Steve Austin with the sledgehammer before pedigreeing The Rattlesnake & pinning him to win the WWF Championship for the 1st time in his career, closing SummerSlam with Triple H holding his newly won WWF Championship high above his head. Triple H kicks Chyna to the curb the next night on Raw is War, turning The 9th Wonder of the World face.)

That is it for part 24. I hope you all enjoyed it, especially the man that I've picked to be The Higher Power instead of the old bastard like in real life & more importantly, having Triple H win the WWF Championship at SummerSlam 1999 against Stone Cold like it should've went down. Anyway, I'll return by the end of this month to cover part 25 where we end the 1900s by witnessing The Texas Rattlesnake get run over by a car & a certain Olympic Gold Medalist make his WWF debut. Stay tuned & stay safe.

But they don’t know that Jeff Jarrett shows up to the rescue & he hits them with his guitar, helping rescue Owen Hart.)

3- Light Heavyweight Championship Match: Taka Michinoku © def. Jeff Hardy

4- Women’s Championship Match: Sable def. Jacqueline © (w/ Marc Mero)

5- I Quit Match for the WWF World Heavyweight Championship: The Rock def. Mankind ©

(After losing the title on the 1st Raw is War of 1999, Vince McMahon grants his chosen one his rematch to regain the WWF Championship at the Royal Rumble. More importantly, McMahon announces that The Rock & Mankind will face off in an I Quit Match. We get the same screwy finish we got in real life in order for The Rock to regain the WWF Championship.)

6- 30-Man Royal Rumble Match: Kane (#18) wins by last eliminating Stone Cold Steve Austin (#1)

[Final Four: Kane, Stone Cold Steve Austin, Triple H, & Ken Shamrock]

________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Royal Rumble Notes:

  • Vince McMahon does NOT compete in the Royal Rumble Match. Instead, he places a $100,000 bounty on Stone Cold Steve Austin’s head & says whoever eliminates him from the Royal Rumble Match will be given a $100,000 bonus.
  • Stone Cold Steve Austin is the iron man in this match as he lasts 56 minutes
  • Stone Cold also eliminates 8 men from the match. One of them being Triple H who enters in the match at #23 & ends up being in the final, showing a small glimpse of his main event run.
  • Kane enters at #18 & cleans house before being chased off by the guards of the psychiatric hospital which The Big Red Monster escaped from. Kane doesn’t eliminate himself but rather slides out of the ring before chasing after them. Then, just when it looks as if Stone Cold Steve Austin has won his 2nd Royal Rumble Match, Vince McMahon announces that the night isn’t over yet as The Rattlesnake still has to eliminate one more rival. That being The Big Red Monster Kane who returns to the ring & takes advantage of a warned out Rattlesnake, hitting him with several chokeslams & two tombstones before throwing Stone Cold over the top rope & out of the ring. But Steve Austin holds onto the ropes, refusing to fall, so Vince & Shane McMahon grab Austin’s legs, forcing The Rattlesnake to let go of the ropes. Finally, Kane chokeslams Stone Cold out of the ring to win the 1999 Royal Rumble Match, earning The Big Red Monster a WWF Championship Match in the main event of WrestleMania XV & a $100,000 bonus on top of that. It must be a good day to be The Big Red Machine.

5- Intercontinental Championship Match: Ken Shamrock © def. Goldust

6- Chyna (w/ Shane McMahon) def. Triple H (w/ X-Pac)

(The Rock & Triple H fought in an I Quit Match for the WWF Championship on the January 25th episode of Raw is War & in the climax of the match, Chyna turned her back on Triple H & cost him the championship, officially joining The Corporation. A pissed off Triple H challenges The 9th Wonder of the World to this match so he can treat her like the bitch that she is for stabbing D-Generation X in the back for a bunch of corporate ass kissers. Chyna accepts & says she’ll truly Triple H what she’s truly capable of now that she’s aligned herself with a bunch of men who actually respect her for who she is. In a shockingly even match, Chyna gets a big win over her former…friend with a little bit of help from Shane McMahon.)

7- Last Man Standing Match for the WWF World Heavyweight Championship: The Rock © vs. Mankind ends in a no contest

(After the Royal Rumble, it’s revealed that Mankind didn’t say “I Quit” at all. Shane McMahon edited his voice to help The Rock regain the WWF Championship & bring it back to The Corporation. Incensed at being screwed again, Mankind demands a rematch which is obligated & vows to sue Vince McMahon & his company if he doesn’t grant him his wish. Vince grants him this match & vows to raise the stakes & make it a Last Man Standing Match! We get the same match & same ending that we got in real which leads them to facing off one more time the next night on Raw is War in a Ladder Match for the WWF Championship. More on that later on!)

8- Steel Cage Match for a WWF World Heavyweight Championship Match in the main event of WrestleMania XV: Stone Cold Steve Austin def. Kane

(Stone Cold claims Kane’s unfair victory at the Royal Rumble & demands to get another chance to headline WrestleMania XV. Vince McMahon grants The Rattlesnake’s wish by forcing him to fight The Big Red Monster in a Steel Cage Match where the winner faces the WWF Champion in the main event of WrestleMania XV. After a violent & intense 15-minute contest, Kane is ready to finish off Stone Cold with a chokeslam & just as he has The Rattlesnake by the throat, *GONG* the lights go out. *GONG* They’re back on & it’s no longer Stone Cold who’s hanging on. It’s Kane’s brother, The Undertaker who grabs Kane by the throat, takes Kane’s hand off his own throat, & hits The Big Red Monster with the chokeslam. Stone Cold, still confused by what just happened, takes the opportunity to escape. Vince McMahon tries to prevent it, but it’s too late. The Rattlesnake has left the cage & therefore, has earned the right to face the WWF Champion in the main event of WrestleMania XV, meanwhile The Undertaker opens a hole in the canvas, gets in, & drags his brother into what appears to be the flames of hell as the PPV goes off the air.)

(Vince McMahon wants to get rid of Mankind as well as Stone Cold Steve Austin. So, he tasks Big Show to teach Mankind a lesson for even threatening to sue him. Mankind vows revenge on Vince McMahon’s newest acquisition for costing him the WWF Championship, agreeing to a No DQ, no count-out, & no penalties match for WrestleMania XV. This is not a match to define who will referee the main event later on, it’s just a completely wild, violent, & extreme fight where they’d hurt each other all over the arena. After 15 minutes of brawling, the match ends in a parking lot where Big Show throws Mankind from a considerable height onto a car, winning by pinfall & knocking Mankind out of the event.)

5- Intercontinental Championship Match: Val Venis def. Ken Shamrock ©

6- Fatal 4 Way Match for the Women’s Championship: Sable © def. Jacqueline, Tori, & Luna Vachon

7- The Corporation [Chyna, Big Boss Man, Test, & Shane McMahon] def. D-Generation X [Triple H, Road Dogg, X-Pac, & Billy Gunn]

(DX think The Corporation are nothing but ass kissing clowns who apply by the rules. On the February 15th episode of Raw is War, X-Pac challenges Ken Shamrock for the Intercontinental Championship in a hard fought battle. Just as when X-Pac looks set to pull off a big upset & win the Intercontinental Championship for a 2nd time, Chyna comes out to distract the referee & not long after, Shane McMahon hits X-Pac over the head with a steel chair before getting out of the ring, costing him big time. This adds even further dissension & it even leads us to this match. In the climax just as when D-Generation X is on top, Triple H pedigrees X-Pac & Shane pins X-Pac for the win. More importantly, it’s revealed that Triple H was in on it the whole time. He’s turned his back on D-Generation X & aligned with The Corporation.)

8- European Championship Match: Jeff Jarrett (w/ Debra) def. Owen Hart ©

(Double J tells Owen that he owes him after helping him against The Brood, demanding a title shot for his European Championship. Owen is outraged to learn that Jeff only helped him because he wanted that in return. Jeff laughs off at his naivety & confirms that he would never do anything for anyone for free. Hart replies that he is the same trash as The Brood or The Corporation, blood sucking parasites who prey on true athletes like him & if he has to kick his ass in order to teach him a lesson, he will. Jeff Jarrett gets the win after getting out of the Sharpshooter thanks to his girlfriend Debra who slapped Owen Hart before being pulled by the referee & ejected. More importantly, Jarrett takes full advantage of the distraction by pulling his guitar from the bottom right corner of the ring & proceeds to hit Owen Hart against his head with it before throwing the evidence out of the ring & pinning him in the center of the ring to become the new European Champion. He ends Owen Hart’s historic 364-day reign as European Champion & is heavily boo'd for it.)

9- Hell in a Cell Match: The Undertaker (w/ Paul Bearer) def. Kane

(Two brothers who once considered each other family in a bloody battle. The Undertaker returns to WWF TV to confront his brother Kane, who is furious that he cost him his WWF Championship Match. The Undertaker challenges Kane to one last match at WrestleMania to put an end to all of this. Kane accepts on the condition that they fight in the same match inside the structure that gave him the nightmare that he was truly alive, Hell in a Cell! The Undertaker accepts & promises that he doesn’t need The Ministry of Darkness to take his brother out at WrestleMania once & for all. Kane vows revenge like never before on not just The Undertaker for costing him a shot at the WWF World Title, but on Paul Bearer for turning his back on him at Judgment Day: IYH & reuniting with The Undertaker despite everything his brother put him through. In a brutal, violent, bloody, & epic war inside the devilish structure, both brothers would attack each other with all of the hatred & the resentment that they have towards each other. During the match, Paul Bearer would get inside the cell to stop Kane & try manipulating him into forgiving him for turning his back on him in October. This is a trap as Paul hits The Big Red Monster in the back with a chair exactly like he did at Judgment Day. But this time, Kane no-sells it, takes the chair away from, & hits Paul Bearer over the head with it before finishing him off with a chokeslam, exacting revenge on Paul Bearer for his betrayal. Finally, after 25-minutes, The Undertaker lands a 4th tombstone piledriver on Kane onto a metal chair before pinning his brother, obtaining the victory & going 8-0 at WrestleMania, & putting an end to his feud with his brother.)

10- WWF World Heavyweight Championship Match: Stone Cold Steve Austin def. The Rock © w/ Vince McMahon as the Special Guest Referee

(The 1st WrestleMania clash between The Rock & Stone Cold. Chosen by Vince McMahon to be the face of the WWF, The Rock mocks Stone Cold by calling him an alcoholic, violent, & lacking self-control who pretends to be a wrestler. Stone Cold shuts him up & tells The Rock that he has been nothing but Vince McMahon’s bitch since Survivor Series. More importantly, he’s here in the WWF because his dad is Rocky Johnson & his grandfather is Peter Maivia. He doesn’t care who he thinks he is or how many allies he has in The Corporation, he will have no problem kicking his ass & finally regaining the WWF Championship. Vince McMahon, to ensure that Stone Cold doesn’t leave WrestleMania XV as the WWF Champion, makes himself the Special Guest Referee & announces that the match will be without disqualifications or count-outs. A fun, violent main event that occurs all over ringside with a spring of attacks from Vince McMahon & The Corporation, but Stone Cold still hits them all with stunners. The Rock capitalizes on the distraction by hitting The Rattlesnake with the Rock Bottom only for a close 2-count. Soon after this, the two newest members of The Corporation, Chyna & Triple H come out to try & help The Rock only for X-Pac to come out to the rescue & fight off his now former friends. During the match occurs when Big Show intervenes in favor of The Rock & is about to cost The Rattlesnake the match, but surprisingly, Mankind appears still injured to help Stone Cold, attacking Big Show with a steel chair, The Rock too, & finally confronts Vince McMahon, attacking him with the mandible claw to a big pop from the Philly crowd. Shane McMahon appears to defend his father, but Stone Cold attacks him & knocks him out of the ring with a stunner. Finally, in the climax of the match, The Rock applies a 2nd Rock Bottom to Stone Cold after Vince McMahon hit The Rattlesnake with a low blow. Rocky prepares to hit the People’s Elbow to finish him off, but The Rattlesnake moves out of the way just in time. Vince McMahon tries to hit Stone Cold with a chair again, but The Rattlesnake takes it away from him & gives him a chair shot directly to the head, taking him out of the match. Steve Austin also attacks The Rock with a chair & calls for another referee to make the count. Rock surprises him with another Rock Bottom, but Stone Cold gets out of it in time, gives a strong chair shot to the head before finishing him off with a strong stunner, obtaining the pinfall victory. After 278 days, since King of the Ring 1998, Stone Cold is FINALLY WWF Champion again to the explosion & euphoria of the public. Stone Cold celebrates outside the ring while Vince McMahon throws a tantrum because his plans were a failure & Steve Austin is champion again. He tries to restart the match & reverse the decision, but Stone Cold applies another stunner to Vince McMahon, sending him to hell. The Rattlesnake returns to celebrating with the fans & a few beers, even pouring a couple of Vince McMahon himself, ending WrestleMania XV on a very high note & sending the fans home happy.)

________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

That's all for part 23, folks! I hope you liked it as much as I did. I strongly considered having Stone Cold win again, but I like to think outside the box. Also, I truly felt that Kane deserved to win a Royal Rumble Match & if there was ever a time to do it, then there wasn't gonna be a better time than 1999. Anyway, I'll be back soon to cover part 24 where we see The Higher Power angle which will have a much better twist than in real life, The Rock & Mankind form an alliance, & most importantly, a certain man who calls himself "The Game" officially arrive in the main event scene. Until then, stay tuned.

7- Steel Cage Match for the Intercontinental Championship - Everyone is banned from ringside: Triple H © def. The Rock

(The Rock is furious that he’s no longer Intercontinental Champion & demands a rematch for the championship. The Rock accepts on the condition that both D-Generation X & The Nation of Domination are banned from ringside. Triple H accepts & the match is agreed on. The match is carnage from the start with both men hitting each other with the structure itself, using weapons such as chairs & sticks, & even a barbed wired baseball bat. After 25 minutes of absolute blood & violence, Triple H hits the pedigree on The Rock on a metal chair & covers him to win the match, retain the title, & end the war between the two for now. After the match, the members of The Nation of Domination come out to lift The Rock up, showing The People’s Champ their support despite his loss. 9- Title vs. Career No DQ Match for the WWF World Heavyweight Championship: Kane © (w/ Paul Bearer) def. Stone Cold Steve Austin

(Stone Cold Steve Austin is super pissed off after SummerSlam & wants to beat the utter crap of The McMahons, their goons, & Kane. McMahon doesn’t want to give Steve Austin another title shot until The Rattlesnake beats it out of him. McMahon tells Austin that he’s going to be facing Kane in a Title vs. Career No DQ Match so that once Kane beats him, it will finally be the end of The Rattlesnake once & for all. The Rattlesnake is fighting as if his life depends because he knows if he loses, this will be his last night in the WWF. After 15 minutes, The Undertaker shows up so he can watch the match at ringside. Paul Bearer tries to get involved but The Undertaker stops him. Kane gets distracted by this & he turns around into a stunner. Stone Cold goes to pin Kane but The Undertaker breaks the pin & chokeslams The Texas Rattlesnake. Kane then hits the Tombstone on Stone Cold to once again retain the WWF Championship & officially end Stone Cold’s run in the WWF. It appears that The Brothers of Destruction are finally in cahoots but The Undertaker turns around & hits brother Kane with a Tombstone of his own before holding the WWF Championship up high, letting his brother know that he only wants his title back.)

________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Side Note:

  • To keep Mankind off the WWF Championship picture, Vince McMahon decides to create a new championship for Mankind to defend which is called the “Hardcore Championship” which is active on the October 5th episode of Raw is War. Basically, whenever the Hardcore Championship is on the line, it will be decided in a Hardcore Match. So, from here on out, whenever I say "Hardcore Championship Match", know that they are fighting in a Hardcore Match.

6- Hardcore Championship Match: Mankind © def. Al Snow (w/ Head)

7- Steve Williams def. Vader

8- Intercontinental Championship Match: Ken Shamrock def. Triple H © (w/ Chyna)

(Ken Shamrock turns heel by attacking Triple H on an episode of Raw is War after his title match with Jeff Jarrett. The World’s Most Dangerous Man says that Triple H is nothing but an egomaniac & a d-generate that he’d love to put in his place. Triple H says if Ken Shamrock has the guts, he’ll face him for the Intercontinental Championship at Judgment Day. Shamrock accepts & promises to tear the leader of DX apart.)

9- 3 on 1 Handicap Gauntlet Match - If The Rock wins, The Nation of Domination will disband forever: The Rock def. The Nation of Domination [Mark Henry, Kama Mustafa, & D’Lo Brown]

(Being betrayed by his allies at Breakdown, The Rock has been expelled from The Nation of Domination with Mark Henry taking command, who justifies his actions by saying that he, D’Lo, & Kama had enough of The Rock’s mistreatment & failing as a leader. More importantly, it was time for the team to be reborn under the leadership of The World’s Strongest Man. The Rock replies by saying that he doesn’t give a damn that they don’t need him anymore because honestly, The Rock doesn’t need anyone to excel. They only got in his way on top of the mountain & it’ll be no problem for The Rock to put those 3 ungrateful jabroonis in their place.)

10- WWF World Heavyweight Championship Match: Kane © (w/ Paul Bearer) vs. The Undertaker w/ Mankind as the Special Guest Referee ends in a no contest

(On the Raw is War after Breakdown, The Undertaker comes out to explain why he cost Stone Cold the WWF Championship. He says he wants to be the one to end Kane’s reign of destruction in the WWF & at Judgment Day, it’ll be Kane vs. The Undertaker for the WWF Championship. Vince McMahon comes out & he’s pissed. He asks The Phenom who the hell he is to make title matches. But reluctantly, he makes the match anyway. But here’s the catch, there will be a Special Guest Referee in the match & his name is Mankind. More importantly, if Mankind does not call the match down the middle or if he gets physical with both men, he will be fired. This match goes 18 minutes & it’s a hard-hitting affair & basically, Mankind gets double chokeslammed by The Brothers of Destruction. In the end, Paul Bearer gets involved & looks like he’s going to help Kane out. But instead, he hits him in the back with a steel chair, turns his back on him, & reunites with The Undertaker. Thus, causing a double turn with The Undertaker officially turning heel & Kane officially turning face. Then after The Undertaker finishes his brother off by hitting him with a Tombstone, *GLASS SHATTERS* Stone Cold runs in from the crowd & attacks The Phenom. He finishes off The Undertaker by hitting him in the head with a steel chair before counting both Kane’s & The Undertaker’s shoulders down for the 3 count despite not being the referee, declaring the match a no contest & completely ruining the match. The PPV closes with Stone Cold looking to beat the hell out of Vince McMahon who got his leg broken a couple of weeks ago on Raw is War by The Undertaker.)

________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Side Notes:

  • Due to Stone Cold’s intervention at Judgment Day, there was no clear winner. So, Vince McMahon strips Kane off the WWF Championship, declares it vacant, & more importantly, presents the Deadly Games which is a 16-Man Tournament that will be contested at Survivor Series where whoever wins at the end of the night will be declared the new WWF Champion.
  • On the October 19th episode of Raw is War, Stone Cold reveals that he has a brand new 5-year contract with the WWF after his loss at Breakdown: In Your House thanks to The Undertaker & also, the contract reveals that Steve Austin is guaranteed a WWF Championship Match at anytime & anyplace of his choosing. So, Stone Cold reveals that he will be participating in the 16-Man Tournament at Survivor Series & more importantly, he will win that damn thing & he will walk out as a 2x WWF Champion. Most of all, Steve Austin reveals that the person who signed the contract was none other than WWF Commissioner Sgt. Slaughter. Then, Steve Austin goes to blow Vince McMahon’s brains out on national television only to reveal that the gun was only a toy & Vince McMahon pisses himself in front of the world before The Rattlesnake finishes off the owner of the WWF with the stunner. Seriously, one of the greatest segments in Monday Night Raw history.
  • The next week on Raw is War, Vince McMahon is absolutely livid at being embarrassed & humiliated in front of the world on national television. More importantly, he’s super pissed off at Sgt. Slaughter for providing that psycho rattlesnake a new contract. So, Vince McMahon tells Slaughter that HE’S FIRED! Sgt. Slaughter is demoted from his position as WWF Commissioner & is replaced by “The Heartbreak Kid" Shawn Michaels.
