Account Closed After Being Placed on Hold While Waiting for Payment Verification

I just received notice that my account was closed. It was placed on hold, and I promptly sent a couple of documents to verify my payment method and identity.

I submitted a case (178703066100056). Can someone from AWS look into the case?

I received notification on August 14 that my account was placed on hold, and I submitted my documents that same day. Today, on August 17, I received an email that my account was closed.

Question about the Prison that Houses Chris Watts

It's been a long time since I visited this case, and the news about his upcoming engagement or wedding according to Daily Mail has gotten me thinking, does his prison allow conjugal visits?

Why would someone on the outside want to marry a man sentenced to life without parole and possibly gangbanging behind bars, i.e., trying to climb the prison ranks?

Why is CompTIA Support useless???

I have explained in more than ten emails that the Continuing Education Progress page does not list the new certifications that I earned, and every time, they give me a non-answer, e.g., "your certifications are active". What in the world? No, I want you to fix this issue so that I can see when I need to submit CEUs three years from now.

CompTIA Support is hopelessly incompetent

I fulfilled the requirements of renewing AutoOps+: submit 15 CEUs and pay $75 for the CE fee.

But Support writes: Thank you for reaching to CompTIA. As per checking, AutoOPS+ is a standalone certificate and just been launched this year 2026. Therefore it follows the rollover every 3 years resulting to expiration date still shows "July 9, 2029.

The English reply is horrible.

But I renewed SecAI+, also released this year, and it now expires in 2032.

Support's response is their fifth reply to my email, and I keep saying the same thing!

The new Certmetrics portal is also a disaster: after submitting all remaining CEUs for SecurityX, SecAI+ disappeared from the page on which you can see your CEU progress. (The PDF certificate is still available for download, thankfully.) After I earned AutoOps+, it does not even show up there.

I just wanted to vent. I hope they fix my issue.

Here's a trick to finding out your score for SecAI+ and AutoOps+

I passed SecAI+ with 701 on March 31. Today, I passed AutoOps+ with 831. The score reports for these two exams do not show the score, but if you pull up the Developer Console, you can view the scoreReportData.js file, which contains not only your score but also a breakdown of each objective on the exam! For example, I got 100% on each of the first three objectives for AutoOps+.

You can also download the scoreReportData.js file for Security+ and other CompTIA exams. The score reports for these exams show the score, but they do not show the breakdown for each category. The JavaScript file will show you everything.

Almost there to renew my SecurityX, Sec+, PenTest+, CySA+, and Net+!

75 CEUs are a lot! I just submitted 16 CEUs after completing a Udemy course today.

How are you all renewing Security+ and SecurityX?

Pre-ordered and received AutoOps+ (AT0-001) voucher, got error "This voucher cannot be used with this exam."

When I tried to register for the exam, which was just released today, I got that error message. I am hoping that it's just because it's a brand new CompTIA exam. Has anyone else gotten that error message?

Issue with Submitting CE Tokens for SecAI+

I am posting here because Reddit's filters removed this post from r/CompTIA and I would like some advice.

CompTIA Support told me that I will have to wait a year before I can submit CE tokens because the SecAI+ certification is "too new". I passed on March 31, so my renewal cycle began on that day. But when I submitted CE tokens that I purchased for SecAI+, they went to Data+, but that certification is not up for renewal until 2028. And CompTIA Support told me that they won't refund me. They want me to try submitting new tokens next year, i.e., pay again. This is frustrating! Has anyone else experienced this? Nowhere in their CE policy does it say that I have to wait a year after a brand new certification is just released.

Recovered from RD Surgery but Unable to Read Letters

I had macula-off RD surgery in Nov 2025, and the gas bubble disappeared around February 2026. Letters appear "wavy" to this day. I cannot really see letters clearly unless I am very close to the screen.

I am just wondering, does anyone know the scientific term for this experience? I am hoping my vision improves more as months go by or new glasses will make things clearer. (I am already very, very nearsighted.)
