Are my symptoms pudendal neuralgia?

Hi! 38F, had a proteus mirabilis UTI recently (lasted for about 1.5 months until we found the right antibiotic to treat it). Im now 3 weeks after completing antibiotics that cleared the UTI but I am left with throbbing and pressure in vulvar area especially around the clitoris (interestingly, those were also my UTI symptoms plus increased frequency so I never had typcial burning/pain when peeing with my UTI).

What is have been feeling:

-after first pee in the morning j feel like a dull pain in my urethra area then it kind of turns into throbbing, better once I get up

- tickling in vulvar area while I walk which can occasionally cause throbbing too (like I can feel my own heartbeat in the vulva)

- some days if im not walking much I barely feel the discomfort (its minimal)

- if I go to gym or do more physical activity, it flares and leaves me in slight pain and throbbing

- symptoms are just in vulvar area around urethra opening and clitoris

Urologist suspected maybe a tiny stone, gyno treated me for BV but that treatment is done for a week now. None of the doctors I saw so far mentioned it could be a nerve related issue or even post -UTI effects, they all seem confused.

Thanks im advance!

Looking for expat social groups in Budapest for retirees :)

Hi everyone!

I’m looking for some recommendations for my mom, who visits Budapest quite frequently because I live here. She really enjoys the city, and I’d love for her to have her own social circle here as well.

Are there any expat groups, regular meetups, clubs or activities in Budapest where she could meet people and make some friends as a retiree?

She’d be open to pretty much anything social — coffee meetups, walking groups, cultural activities, book clubs, language exchanges, dinners, day trips, volunteering, etc. Ideally something where people actually get to know each other and friendships can develop, rather than a one-off tourist activity.

She’s friendly, social and enjoys meeting new people, so I think thats really the missing pieces for her to feel more at home here.

If you’re part of an expat group or know of any good ones in Budapest, I’d love to get a few tips that i can pass on to my mom

Thanks so much! 😊

▲ 3 r/IVF

Hi! I am turning 38 in a month, just did 2 back to back ivf cycles to bank embryos, doing IVF for male factor.

First cycle, 7 mature eggs, 4 made it to blast on day 6, biopsied.

Cycle 2, upped stim dosage and got 10 eggs, only 4 fertilized and today, on day 6, 2 embryos are in compact morula stage still (they are basically not gonna make it).

Out first cycle was great, and this one so disappointing. I am sure our clinic will just say "this happens" but I wonder if this really is a "this just happens" kind of situation or there is a medical reason for it (egg/sperm quality, lab, change if protocol, being back to back). Any similar experiences?
