A few days ago we had a power outage and suddenly my fiber connection has been dropping non-stop. I have a technician scheduled to come out but I decided to test the connection directly from the modem to my desktop and for over 30 mins no drops. On the other hand, my eero’s (pro 7) have been dropping every 10 mins or so. I notice it goes from white light, to no light, then red until it finally picks back up again. Does this indicate no power when there’s not any light?

It just does not seem plausible a likelihood of BOTH units being shot from an outrage; at the same time as a realistic cause. Has something like this happened to anyone else? I’m hoping somehow the ONT IS the problem but I’m starting to wonder.
