Walking at night alone: safe? (Florence)

Hello everyone,

I am going to a concert in 2 weeks by myself in Florence and will have to walk alone after to my hostel.

It is from Visarno Hippodrome to close to Piazza dell'Indipendenza.
Last time I was in Florence, during daylight, there were some sketchy types at the Piazza so I'm kind of worried. I grew up in Brussels so I'm used to some shit but it's still different in a whole other country.

Are there better options to get there then walking? I see the trams still run late at night?

I'm hoping to meet some people at the hostel going to the some concert but you never know of course.

Florence concert solo

Hello all, I was feeling impulsive and thinking of going to the Florence concert.

I would be going solo 32F

Anyone have any recommendations on staying (2 nights) in Florence?? Anyone else going solo staying at a particular hotel?

Think I saved my piggie from a heatstroke

It was 30C in the living room where my guinea pigs are. I thought they were fine with cold ice packs and lots of cucumber.
My Trixie was not eating too well and I found her breathing off. I then touched her ears and feet and they were RADIATING heat 😳
I have put them in my bedroom now which has a mobile airco unit and my girl literally could not walk anymore. She just lay flat like this for an hour. I wet her ears and feet. She started eating again. She is doing great now 🥹 I was really scared, shes already 6.5 yrs old.

When I turn the air conditioning off the room immediately gets too hot so I can not even turn it off. Like the temperature goes up 5 degrees in 5 minutes its crazy. I can not make the cage any bigger than this but I hope its fine for a few days.

Pls check your piggies a lot during this heatwave. She was fine only a few hours before it went really bad.

No soot in supernatural museum

So I'm trying to get my 4th star in Wailon Lodge, but I need to swipe soot that is not appearing at all! The lightning is only on a bridge and I cant get there.

I can't find a solution online.
