Hey y’all!

Any long-term, climate-controlled, self storage places that folks would recommend?

We’re currently using Extra Space Storage (Unser/Bobby McCannon) and getting screwed by unexplained rate increases communicated (allegedly) by mail.

For context, currently paying ≈$170/month for a 10x10. While saving money would be great, I am the kind of petty that will move virtually everything we own somewhere else to make a point and support a local someone.
