Been on a baking rampage recently and just made these, unreal

Coconut prawn curry with green peppers, spinach and cherry tomatoes with a base of onion, garlic, ginger, mustard seeds, coriander, cumin, turmeric, chilli powder, curry leaves, salt. Coconut milk and lime juice to finish it off. So good!

Work in a cafe and had to go to work with this on my hand today after getting a nasty burn yesterday. Washed it with antibacterial soap, applied Savlon and covered well with sterile padding and plasters/tape. Everywhere says not to pop it, what if it bursts? Am I doing the right thing?

Baked carrot cake muffins with chopped walnuts and a rich cream cheese frosting, sooo tasty!
