
Am I on the right track?
Hey folks, it’s day 9th and I have been feed it twice a day (12 hourly apart) since day 3. I live in Singapore where in the kitchen can be about 28 to 30 degrees celcius (82.4 - 86 Fahrenheit) and on average humidity is about 80%. I’ve used Dark Rye flour only on the first day and then used all purpose flour since then. In the past 2 days I’m seeing close double but I’m not sure if I should continue with the twice a day feeding or change back to once a day. Any thoughts are extremely appreciated. First time starter.
