Exterior corner repair. I'm considering sistering another top plate in there and looking for suggestions. I'm planning to sister the studs as well.

The double top plate probably has enough material to be structural but it's soaked and half rotten so I don't want to leave it like that.

Suggestions and alternatives are welcome!
