HSK's Jason Wang

Jason is our most cherished partner in China; the effort he puts into his work as a content creator, filmmaker, and naturalist in searching out and discovering rare, unique, and wonderful river gems to share with our HSK Family does not go unnoticed. Don't forget to give him a personal shout-out on our YouTube channel... he truly deserves all the praise... of course, we are biased!!

The short is on our YT channel along with all of Jason's amazing content and collaborations with Sam.

HILLSTREAM KINGDOM Q&A WITH SAM FERNALD

Over the past few weeks, Sam has received numerous questions via email, Facebook, Reddit, and Instagram about the care and husbandry of hillstream loaches, gobies, and other stock we carry.

Many inquire about which species are compatible for tank living, quarantine procedures, proper water change techniques, the best food for HSK animals, tank setup, and recommended filters, among other topics.

We believe a live YouTube Q&A would be very helpful for our customers and potential customers who are unsure about how to care for our wonderful little animals.

Of course, Sam welcomes any and all questions, and we would love to reach a broader audience, especially those unfamiliar with HSK and the incredible stock we offer to U.S. aquarists.

Based on everyone's feedback, we will decide whether to schedule a live Q&A sometime next week.

Thoughts? Good idea? Would you be part of the live?

Share this post with any aquarists, aspiring aquarists, or anyone interested in learning more from Sam about the stock available on our website.: https://hillstreamkingdom.com

Our new Aquatic Library Series just dropped! Give it a watch. Jason and Sam have outdone themselves with this one.

u/hillstreamkingdom — 4 months ago

Hello, Hillstream Kingdom Family. We're so close to launching the website—just a few more tweaks from our web designer, and we'll be live on the World Wide Web.

Until then, please visit our YouTube channel. In our newest Aquatic Library series, Jason ventures into a mountain stream at night to reveal a hidden world most people have never seen. Premieres May 1st.

And our own Dr. Sam demonstrates how Pseudogastromyzon myersi can be kept in a home aquarium—discussing flow, oxygen, and structure.
