I ship small apps, and every update needs screenshots in every locale: same layout, different captions, exact store sizes. Doing it by hand took hours, so I built a tool for myself.

It runs entirely on my machine: per-language captions, device frames for iPhone and iPad, many background styles, and PNG export at exact App Store sizes for every locale. Nothing gets uploaded anywhere.

I'm not selling it, and I'm posting only to get critique. Questions for those who ship in multiple languages:

• How does your current screenshot workflow look, and where does it hurt most?
• How do you handle captions that overflow in longer languages like German or Russian?
• What would make a tool like this worth switching to?

After sitting unused in a drawer for 7 years, my Nexus 6P is finally alive again.
Lightweight, powerful, and still a great combo after all these years. ❤️

I have both a Kindle Paperwhite 1 and a Kindle Oasis 2.

I know the Oasis 2 is much better. Better screen, more features, physical buttons, and it feels nicer to hold.

But I still prefer my Paperwhite 1.

I just feel more relaxed using it. I don’t worry about scratches, dropping it, or damaging it. I can just pick it up, put it down, throw it in my bag, and read.

Also, I don’t really need dark mode.

The Oasis 2 is technically better, but the Paperwhite 1 somehow feels more comfortable to me.

Anyone else feel the same? 😄
