Considering Boox Color Go 7

I'm planning on using it for reading manga. I chose it over the kobo libra coor bc ive seen tons of complaints abt the Kobo freezing a lot. Does the Boox have any issues like that? And what are the best apps to use on the Boox. I plan on just using my drive to read instead of using a specific manga app. Do they go on sale often or have big sales for black friday? When i see kindles on sale it's usually only like 20 dollars off. If any of you have color ereaders id love to hear your pros and cons abt the model you have

X3 wont detect original sim card

When i first set it up it let me put in a sleep display. Then i plugged it into the usb to transfer files from my computer and when i put it back in it says "no micro sd card" ( as in the first image). I dont see any damage to the sd card. Tried to use a different sd card and it works so i dont think its a port issue. I also tried flashing it and my pc wont recognize the device no matter which sd card i use.

Visa process

Im trying to get a visa so I can visit my gf in Russia. Ive printed out my application and don’t know what to do next. Ive called the embassy in D.C. and they gave me an email, but I emailed yesterday and still haven’t gotten a response. I don’t know if I need to mail it in first or what I mail with it or if I can just show up to the embassy. on their website i can only make an appointment for passports.

HELP! is this over stocked????

18 emerald neos in a 6.8 gallon shallow tank surely this is way too much!!?? Using already cycled water from my 10 gallon to fill this new tank up. As well as some java fern clippings (added more since i took this photo) from the 10 gal.
