Flu like side effects

I've been on Oz since Jan. My shot day is Monday. On Tuesday I always feel like I'm getting the flu. Chills, aches, just kinda sickly. Normal side effect?

4 lbs of frozen chicken breasts

I received 4 lbs of frozen chicken breasts, all in one package, so i can't split them up. These beasts are HUGE.

I live alone and am on Ozempic, so I don't eat a lot daily, but high protein meals are great for my diet.

I definitely am going to make some chicken noodle soup out of one of the beasts, but don't know what to make with the rest of them.

What ever I make, I need to be able to portion and freeze it. Several different recipes would be helpful so I don't have a ton of the same thing.

Also, nothing spicy as the meds can cause heart burn.

Ideas? All are appreciated!

Stupid co-worker

I started a new job about a month ago. I had been out of work for 6 months and during that time I started on Oz. My new job is physically demanding, and very quickly I realized that the day I take the shot, and the day after, I have a REALLY hard time physically. I requested those days off and got them, no problem.

This coworker found out and asked if I actually have diabetes (I do, but WTF?), then went on a rant that using it solely for weight loss is unethical because the weight loss people are taking away a vital drug for people with diabetes. She was kinda mental about it, like she had this long standing issue. Angry.

I explained that this is not the case, that there is plenty to go around, but she wasn't listening. So she remains unreasonably angry over something that she obviously has no clue about.

I wish I had had the foresight to say None of Your Damn Business when she'd asked, but I didn't.

Short Queen/blankets sliding off

I've had this issue for years. My queen blankets slide off the foot of the bed while I'm sleeping. Several times a night I have to pull them back up. Different blankets/comforters all do it. It's as if the weight of them causes it/too much over hang at the foot of the bed.

Please tell me this happens to others and that someone has figured out how to keep it from happening. Maybe get blankets for a double bed?

My TT has a separate room for the toilet. It's not tiny like some, but a pretty decent size with an angle on one wall allowing my toilet to be offset a little, which gives me more room. I want a floor to ceiling cabinet in the 90° angle across from the toilet for toilet paper (top cabinet) and cleaning supplies (bottom cabinet). About 6" deep and 12" wide. I don't have exact measurements for everything, shelves etc., but I'm imagining several on the top for toilet paper storage and 2-3 in the bottom half for taller cleaning supplies. Whole thing definitely anchored in permanently.

I've looked all over online for the right dimensions and found nothing. My thought is to just get one custom made of lightweight wood.

This is something I've wanted for years to free up several other over stuffed cabinets, any thoughts on why not? I know it will be more costly, but it would be a nice upgrade.
