Hello,
I’m a mature student, returning to study my masters.
I did uni before the world of AI and am concerned that my writing style might be seen as ‘ai’.
I think the way I was taught to write academically is similar to what I’ve seen about the typical ‘signs’ of AI.
Does any one have any tips of this before starting assignments in case I ever get accused?
So far I am going to plan on paper so there is a record of my working. Thank you.

My husband and I just bought our first home and are planning to get a boarder to help with the costs.
For the legal side of boarders, I understand it’s very different to renting a property/ having tenets.

To make sure we do everything right we want a contract- or at least a written agreement.
What should it cover?
