We're Moneyplus Fintech. We've been in mutual fund and insurance distribution for 20+ years, helping families invest, protect, and grow their money.
Now we're trying something new. We're opening a new Experience Centre in Nashik, and we want some of the first desks filled by Gen Z: college students or freshers who want real work, not just an internship certificate.
Why we're doing this: 20 years teaches you a lot, but it also gives you blind spots. You think differently about money, tech, and work, and we want to learn that. We train you, you challenge us. It goes both ways.
🛠️ The roles
- Builder, Aventryx (Tech)
Aventryx is our in-house AI-powered platform. It runs client relationships, advisory workflows, and day-to-day operations for a financial distribution business, and it's built from the ground up by people who've done this work for two decades. You'll build it directly with the founder.
You're a fit if: you love using tech (AI tools, no-code, code, automation) to solve real problems, and you ship things instead of just talking about them.
- Relationship Manager (Personal Finance)
You'll help manage client investments, understand their goals, and keep them on track.
You're a fit if: you're the friend who explains SIPs at dinner, follows markets for fun, and actually enjoys talking to people.
- Accounts, Admin & HR
The backbone of the Experience Centre: keeping the books, running operations, and helping the team grow.
You're a fit if: you're organised, detail-obsessed, and like making things run smoothly.
