Health insurance premiums are still going up...

I got an email from PEBB about open enrollment and it looks like my insurance policy is going up from $102 a month to $154 a month. Single coverage. I thought with the TA approval (which is BS) we weren't supposed to see an increase?

Two weeks in, feeling great!

I feel like there’s so much negative feedback about Noom med on here but so far I’ve been impressed. I started two weeks ago and have only been on the meds for 9 days- down almost 5lbs. SW 200 GW 160 5’4”

what I like:

able to message the doctor with questions. They ordered bloodwork which was included in the cost.

I was very concerned about side effects so i‘m microdosing. Very minimal side effects.

hunger is minimal and I don’t feel like snacking

built in workouts

cons:

it’s expensive but I think it’s worth it.

anyone else microdosing with noom?
