Como posso colocar um pilar dentro de uma parede no modo arquitetura?
Hi, I’m having a problem in Revit and I’m not sure what’s causing it.
I placed a column inside a wall because it’s supposed to be embedded in the wall, but I did not use Join Geometry.
The problem is that when the column and wall occupy the same space, I get weird visual glitches on the surface. It looks like the materials/textures are overlapping or fighting with each other.
If I move the column away from the wall, everything looks normal, but as soon as it sits inside the wall, the graphics look broken.
Has anyone experienced this before? Is this some kind of geometry conflict, display bug, or am I modeling something incorrectly?
Sometimes, when I try to modify something, the column disappears; and when I try to join them, I get an error saying they occupy the same space and cannot coexist, causing the column to vanish. I tried a tip from an official Revit site—unchecking the "Structural" box for the wall, changing the element order using the "Join Geometry" tool, and then re-enabling the structural setting—but nothing works. Does anyone have any ideas?
