19’ SE w/ 1.5L Ecoboost Repairs

Good Afternoon, Fusion Owners.

I am the owner of a 2019 ford fusion SE with the 1.5 eco in it, I’m currently at 123,655 miles in the car and in the last 500 miles the Alternator, Serpentine Belt and the Water Pump where replaced due to a noise complaint I’ve brought up to my local ford dealer, fast forward to Monday I get the call that the car is ready. I’ve put on 300 miles since I’ve picked it up, it drives really nice and quiet, no complaints anymore besides one thing… when I go to turn off the air conditioning the vents make this huumm noise that lasts seconds to less. What could this be? Im not really worried about it, rather than getting an idea of what could be going on AC is ice cold, heat is well… hot… any suggestions whether or not what to tell ford when I take it in for an oil change at 124k? Thank you all.

Noise Help??

Clattering noise from left side of engine, ford replaced alternator and serpentine belt and said the noise was gone but I’m still hearing it! What could it be? Taking it back Thursday. (It’s not the HPFP, that’s the ticking noise that is taking most of the Audio, but if listening closely you can hear the noise almost like a clattering noise) I tracked it down to this side of the engine but can’t figure out what is causing it. 2019 Ford Fusion SE 1.5L — 123k Miles

Need opinions! Fusion was at ford for a noise in the belt system area, I’ve even rode with the tech, he heard the noise and determined it wasn’t normal, couple days go by with it in their possession, they determined the alternator and serpentine belt needed replaced, warranty gave the green light, replaced, picked it up yesterday, didn’t give it much attention, tonight however, I’m still hearing this clattering noise! It’s not the common ticking noise from the fuel pressure pump, but it’s definitely there, I had it there last year for this issue too, they determined the car was fine, but the serpentine belt needed replaced then too. Attached is the best video I could get without that fuel pressure pump taking the whole sound! Let me know thoughts below! As the title says, it’s that 1.5 with 123k miles.
