After drums + bass, what comes next? and how...

Once you have a good sounding loop with your nice drum break and a cool baseline following, how do you guys usually seek for other mid or high frequencies to complete the track?

Its necesary to find very isolated sounds to avoid overloading the sounds.

Also, with the baseline on, you have certain notes so you are not 100% free. Specially when the baseline has a lot of notes.

Of course pitching is key, but im curious about how do you face this fact normally.

Thanks and peace

What upgrade to get? std or suite

I am a total noob, i only finished one song for now, but the track limit of the lite version is the bottleneck. I use samples and my guitar and bass to create atmospheric sounds, i was thinking of getting the standard, but i read that the sampler instrument only comes with suite upgrade.

is it worth it only for that reason?
