Hi everyone! Has anyone here experienced having their GCash account put “on hold”? 😭 If so, how were you able to resolve it?

My account suddenly got put on hold, but I didn’t receive any text message or email from GCash explaining why. I also have a pretty big amount of money stored in the account, so I’m really worried about it.

I already know I need to contact GCash support, I already did but without their email, i cannot send my documents & IDs. If anyone here has experienced the same issue or knows someone from GCash who can help, please let me know! 🙏🏻 Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
