Resume Feedback

Hi I am looking for feedback:

I am applying for the Reverse Logistics Manager role at Wing.

My main questions are:

  • Can I combine jobs that are the same/ adjacent roles at similar companies?
  • Can I combine a Contract Job and a W2 job?
  • Do I need to highlight that my experience in these 2 industries are what make me a solid candidate for the role? In my cover letter what is the best way to share that?

[4 YOE, Drone Pilot, Reverse Logistics Manager, USA]

I am applying for the Reverse Logistics Manager at Wing

I am looking for overall feedback as well as the following areas:

  • Can I combine my logistics experience into one section? - I worked at 3 different companies where my roles were very similar
  • Do I note the employment gap where I was going through surgery+recovery?
  • I was a drone pilot via contract from June of 2024 to June 2025 and then was hired by my current employer can I combine those two roles?

Thank you!

How can I reframe this?

I recently had a conversation that put me in a weird headspace.

The definition of INTENTION- A determination to act in a certain way.

If I receive a compliment on something it often feels wrong to accept it at full value. I almost instantly reject the compliment and make a list as to why I can’t accept it. It puts weird energy in the room.
Does this happen to anyone else?

I think it’s because I’m often not fully IN the project/ situation (whatever it may be). So through my actions, my INTENTIONS aren’t actually pure.

Also someone’s direct intention (for example; to be positive or kind) could give an indirect result of an unexpected opportunity. I think that’s when I really decouple and find the flaws/ differences, and disqualify myself.

Some things I admit I do need to simply step up and give 100%. But other tasks don’t really require full attention/ energy… do I still deserve credit?

If so why does it feel so wrong?
