Not dropping weight
Helloooo!! I’ve been taking Reta since end of March and I have only yo-yoed between 304-297 lbs. currently at 301. I joke that I have a curse because it’s funny at this point - my nutrition is 2000 cals a day, sometimes more, sometimes less. I weigh and track my food 5 out of 7 days a week on average - could that be better? 100%!! BUT I would be expecting something at this point. I titrated up on the schedule, currently split dosing - yes I know this is kinda controversial so please let me know if changing to once a week changed stalls for you - 5 mg a week. 2 mg early week, 3 mg mid week. I am active, walk 6-10k steps a day, work a very physical job 3-4 days a week, and gym 2 days on average, hot yoga/pilates also 2 days on average. Really just reaching out to see if anyone else is in the same boat as me? Do I keep increasing? The food cravings are lessened - about half I would say. But I can still eat a full meal. I’ve been on Ozempic before and it barely did anything- but have been off it since 2024. Thanks for listening to my rant if anything! Love seeing this supportive community 🩷
