What version of lavender is this?

I’ve been growing this for about a month now and I believe it looks pretty healthy. But i’m not sure what variety it is?? And can I take some of those flowers to strain in my tea with my chamomile flowers yet? Or do they have to get bigger first?

NERVOUS

Im not sure why, but I’m nervous! Ive been doing 5mg doses for the last few months and just did a 7.5mg dose for the first time. I haven’t experienced any side effects previously so I’m really hopeful that it will stay this way! Does anyone have experience jumping from 5 to 7.5? Did you notice a difference?
