I tracked 31,987 Cardsmiths Currency listings and 4,823 sales on eBay - here is the price analysis

I matched Cardsmiths Currency eBay listings to their exact card and variant, then monitored the listings and recorded the ones that got sold.

Data shown are between 23 February and 26 September 2026 that came to 31,987 listings and 4,823 recorded sales. All figures shown are medians and prices as US Dollars.

- Series 5 is 39% of all recorded sales and 48% of the money, but the median Series 1 sale is $12 against $4 to $6 for Series 2 to 5.

- The unnumbered Topaz refractors (Mystic, Twilight, Imperial, Pink) are valued similar to /40s - /45s.

- 259 sales were graded. Where the same card sold both raw and graded (91 cards), the graded copy's median was about 3.5x the raw one. CGC 9 alone: about 2.4x, across 42 cards.

- $151,030 changed hands from this eBay sample alone. And the 6% of top sales accounted for 61% of it.

Caveats: We cannot include private deals or bundle deals or any discounts settled between buyers and sellers.

Past sales, Comps, Price Ladder for Cardsmiths Currency

Hi all! I'm pleased to share something that I have been working on for a while ~~

Card values (based on ebay past sales), sales history and price statistics per variant, set and card are now available on HoloHoard. For the cards that we have collected enough sales data, we blend past sales to create a value distribution. Then, you can see this value as you browse the catalogue, or in the "Market" section (https://holohoard.app/market/cardsmiths-currency) to see comparisons per variants (serialised and not), per set, cards etc.

This complements our latest launch that also brings public profiles -- you can now create your own collector profile and share it, including your trade lists, your shop links, collections, graded cabinet (your own graded photos collections) and more

You can read our value methodology here: https://holohoard.app/methodology

Hope this adds value to the community, enjoy and let me know your feedback!

Overhauled HoloHoard. Here's what it looks like now. Past sales, offers, shareable trade lists, for sale, wanted, and more

The old HoloHoard wasn't where it needed to be. Some of you stuck with us anyway, and we appreciate that more than you know. Your feedback is a big part of what shaped this.

So we tore it down and rebuilt the whole experience. New UI, new UX, new features.

Here's what's new:

  • Past sales & live prices — see what cards have sold for, and what people are asking
  • Shareable lists — create For Sale, For Trade, or custom lists straight from the card page and share them with a direct link
  • Completely new bulk add experience - you can add multiple cards and parallels in collections and lists at once
  • Performance and UI — faster, cleaner across the board

There is more coming really soon - this is an active project and driven by feedback

The video shows bits of the new experience. I'd love your honest take... good or bad.

P.S. We also support other Cardsmiths series on the platform (even Project Hail Mary is there 😄) if you collect beyond Currency cards.

Added Gundam TCG to a collection tracker I built - Create and share decks / lists, view prices and past sales, upload your own photos

Hello,

For anyone interested, Gundam TCG is now available on HoloHoard, a free digital collection tracker I made -> https://app.holohoard.com/explore/game/gundam-card-game

A few things that I think are different from the usual suspects like Collectr:
- create decks / lists and share them online
- view past sales and open listings
- bulk add flows
- mark your lists for sale / for trade away etc
- upload your own photos / videos in your collection attached to the cards you own

Give it a try if you have some time and let me know any feedback!

Thanks
