Just picked up my “cowboy contrave”
aka poor man’s contrave. I was on wegovy for about 4 months then zepbound for about a year and a half but my body was not handling it well. I was ALWAYS nauseous and my blood pressure dropped so low I had to be put on midodrine… but I did lose weight, though I’m sure a lot was muscle.
my doctor wants me to start my new cowboy contrave, 1 150buproprion and 1 naltrexone. any tips or tricks as i start?
