How do devs find serious people to work with for small, collaborative projects? I know theres an INAT sub, but it seems full of people trying to make wildly ambitious games, or who ghost after five minutes. How are people who make actual games finding teams? I just want a little community to talk to that aren't 15 year old spamming memes or people trying to find ways to make GTA but even more AAA.
