-Society's Annual budget

-Number of homes and

-Where most of the money goes?

I want to not go through a broker, and rather do the renting myself.

Which is the best platform for this? NoBroker, MagicBricks, Housing, Facebook groups, or anything else?

Association is considering installing mechanical parking lifts instead of constructing an additional parking block. The lift option is much cheaper, but how practical it is in the long run?

Is it actually safe to use over the long term?

Have there been any accidents or major safety issues?

Is it a hassle to take your car in and out every day?

What's the maintenance cost like? Does it increase a lot over time?

Personally, seeing a car parked on a suspended metal structure makes me a little uncomfortable.

I'm planning to buy water heaters for my new apartment and I'm confused between instant, storage and tankless.

The bathroom has a false ceiling with around 48 cm clearance, so space is a bit limited.

My family is considering buying a villa in Hyderabad for end use.

Looking at upcoming, less dense localities on the outskirts of hyderabad, within about an hour's commute to the Financial District.

If anyone has suggestions for good localities, please share. We're currently exploring areas like Isnapur, Mokila, and the airport side, so villa project recommendations in these areas would also help.
