Ritz NYC (NoMad/CP) vs 4S Downtown vs Park Hyatt vs Waldorf Astoria vs Plaza vs Something else?

Hello,

I have to be in NYC over the weekend in October. Out of the options above, which ones would you recommend? I would just be booking a regular room and will probably only eat at a hotel restaurant once.

Any other places to consider? I would prefer not being in FiDi or Tribeca as I used to work there, so it would be nothing new. Something like the Aman at $2500/night is more than I want to spend.

Thanks!

What would you buy with a $500 store credit that aren't NACS adaptors, floor mats or sunshade?

Hello,

I checked my spam the other day and there was an email from the sales specialist I bought my used 2024 Air from with a $500 credit for the Lucid online store. The problem is I already ordered floormats, sunshades, and NACS adaptors off it, and the credit is not retroactive.

I have no use for the home charging station, and it appears the credit cannot be used on the Console Unit processor upgrade, so all I can think of ordering is the tire repair kit, the bear valve caps, and maybe another mobile charging kit, though I could just buy that for $200 off Amazon.

Thanks!

Checklist of items to look out for during delivery?

Hello,

I’ve ordered a used 2024 Air Touring, with delivery just over a week from now. I looked at the Lucid owners forums and while there is an Air delivery checklist, it seems to be a few years out of date. If anyone could highlight things to look out for before I accept the car I would be grateful.

If I refuse delivery, am I only out the deposit I paid?

Thanks!

The chef had a very tall and white hat and assured me the fish was flown in fresh from Tsukiji market. I didn‘t get sick so I’m inclined to believe him

I did note the lack of nigiri

It turned out the restaurant was closed on the night I had made my reservations, but they were gracious enough to open the restaurant and kitchen just for us

the fish was frozen en route from Japan
